Looks like things are getting more hectic. It will be a challenge to get anything done on the Big Belch. Not giving up though I may miss updating stuff here .

Cutting up Cadavers
A lot of old masters – Leonardo comes to mind – had to be anatomists. To learn figure they had to cut up bodies and study them. No one had done this before – or well – probably people did somewhere – but the Dark Ages destroyed such knowledge in Europe. So artists as well as doctors had at times to cut open cadavers to figure out how we all are put together. Soooo glad we artists don’t have to do that sort of thing today.

This could take a while
I seem to be getting more into making these movies into a diary of sorts instead of my original plan to just talk about the artist process.
This may be good, as it looks like what with one thing and another, and there always is another thing, that finishing the work on “The Big Belch” is going to take a while.
